The Thirty-eighth Meeting of the Council for Human and Social Development (COHSOD) on Education will be held on the 23-24 October 2019 at the Headquarters of the CARICOM Secretariat, Georgetown, Guyana.

Media houses are invited to cover the Opening Ceremony on Wednesday 23 October. Presentations will be made by the Minister of Education, Guyana, Hon. Nicolette Henry; CARICOM Secretary-General, Ambassador Irwin LaRocque, and Assistant Secretary-General, Human and Social Development, CARICOM Secretariat, Dr Douglas Slater.
